Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mero. These terms apply to every purchase made through wearmero.com and our other sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. About us

Mero is a leather footwear brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. Every pair is made by hand. 

2. Products

Our shoes are made from natural leather and finished by hand. Because of this, slight variations in colour, grain, and finish between pairs are normal and are not defects — they are a characteristic of real leather. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary, so slight differences between the image and the shoe you receive are possible.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once it is accepted and, where applicable, payment or deposit is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full for that order.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept [cash on delivery / bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

5. Made-to-order and preorders

Some items are made to order or available on preorder. For these:

  • The stated delivery time (for example, 30 days) is an estimate that begins from the date your order and deposit are confirmed.
  • Preorders may require a non-refundable deposit of [amount], with the balance payable on dispatch.
  • If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed preorder within the stated timeframe, you may choose to wait for the revised date or cancel for a full refund of any amount paid, including the deposit.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Pakistan through Postex. Estimated delivery is 5-7 working days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the courier, location, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If you have arranged to inspect your parcel before payment, this must be agreed with us in writing before dispatch. Inspection before payment is not available by default and is offered only where we have confirmed it in advance for your order.

7. Exchanges and returns

Because each pair is made by hand, we offer exchanges.

  • You may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
  • The shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
  • Return shipping for size exchanges is covered by us.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or dislike of a colour or finish that falls within normal leather variation. Please use our size guide and message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you are unsure.

8. Faulty or damaged items

We stand behind how our shoes are made. If your pair arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. If we confirm the defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. This does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, or the natural ageing and patina of leather over time.

9. Order cancellation by you

You may request to cancel an in-stock order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the exchange terms above. Made-to-order and preorder cancellations are governed by section 5.

10. Intellectual property

All content on wearmero.com — including the Mero name, logo, product designs, photographs, and text — belongs to Mero and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mero's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal data. 

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on wearmero.com at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
