Return and Exchange Time: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the complete processing of returns and exchanges.

Exchange Conditions:

Any item you purchased from our store can be exchanged on the following basis:

• Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
• Fit is not accurate (runs big or small)
• We do facilitate exchanges to make a longterm bond with our customers

Return Conditions:

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Requests may not be approved if the shoes:

  ● have been worn or used
  ● are damaged, stained, or scratched
  ● have been exposed to water, fire, heat, or chemicals
  ● show signs of sole wear or creasing
  ● are returned without original box or packaging
  ● have been tampered with or altered in any way

Any item that does not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.
